In these long, slow days after Christmas, we can sometimes get melancholy, bidding goodbye to dear friends and family that gathered together to honor the birth of the Christ child and facing onerous tasks that seem to come with the new year.
So take a little time each day to remember that Jesus is always with us, through the good and the bad, through the joy and the tears, through the days and the nights.
Hug your loved ones, shake your neighbor's hand and give thanks for dear friends, wherever they may be.
And blessings to all of you throughout the new year.
